Participation is open to all customers aged 18 and above with a valid account. Zenvia Cosmetics reserves the right to approve or deny membership.
Earning Points: Points are earned through qualifying purchases and designated actions (e.g., referrals, social media engagement). Zenvia Cosmetics reserves the right to adjust or revoke points in cases of error or misuse.
Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for specified rewards on eligible purchases. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

RETURN AND REFUNDS
In compliance with consumer protection laws, you have the Right of Withdrawal allowing you to return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Additionally, we provide a First Bottle Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your product and its results after your first bottle of Rosemary Mint Hair Strengthening Oil, you can request for a full refund, even if opened and used. UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
Orders delivered to a carrier’s pick-up point must be collected by the customer within the timeframe specified by the carrier. If an order is not collected and is returned to Zenvia Cosmetics, this does not constitute an exercise of the customer’s right of withdrawal. Upon return of an uncollected parcel, the customer will be contacted using the contact details provided at checkout and offered the choice to either:
