How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your order directly through the link or by entering your tracking number on the carrier’s website.

When will my order arrive?
Orders within Finland typically arrive in 2–3 business days depending on the carrier. Other Nordic countries typically arrive in 2-5 business days. Other EU shipping times vary depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you need further assistance, contact us at contact@zenviacosmetics.com.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange a product?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. However, you may cancel your purchase or return any unopened/unused product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days, and we will be happy to assist you.

Is Zenvia’s packaging recyclable?
Yes! Our shipping boxes are FSC-certified, and all protective packaging materials are recyclable. We use glass bottles for our oils and durable HDPE caps to minimize plastic waste. We encourage our customers to reuse or recycle them responsibly.
