SHIPPING POLICY

Zenvia Cosmetics ships orders from Finland to countries within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA/ETA). We currently use Posti and PostNord as our exclusive courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to verification before shipping. Processing typically takes 0-2 business days. During busy periods or if your order includes popular or low-stock items, it may take longer.
Once your order is being processed in our shipping department, we cannot make any changes, including to the shipping address. Please ensure your details are correct at checkout.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- Nordic countries (Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway): Up to 5 business days
- Other EU and ETA countries: Up to 10 business days
Delivery estimates do not include processing time. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs processing, weather, or other external factors.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once the package is handed over to the carrier. Please allow a few days for the tracking link to update.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days from dispatch, contact us for assistance.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Orders shipped to PostNord or other carrier pick-up points must be collected within the carrier’s stated holding period.
If a shipment is not collected, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer will be contacted and may choose between reshipment or refund in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please note that shipping costs already incurred cannot be refunded for uncollected shipments.
DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS FEES
Shipments within the EU and ETA are generally duty-free. If any import taxes or customs fees apply, they are the responsibility of the customer. Zenvia Cosmetics cannot predict these costs and is not responsible for them.
If a package is refused and returned, any return shipping costs or import fees will be deducted from your refund.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Zenvia Cosmetics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us. We rely on tracking and delivery confirmations to review such cases.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot make changes to orders once they have entered the shipping process. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
